If you are a patient of mine from my previous practice and already have a plan in place, your first appointment at Nurture for Women will be treated as a returning patient visit. You have the flexibility to choose between an in-person appointment at our Columbia office or a convenient Telehealth session.
Please note, if you have only seen me for routine GYN care (such as an annual) or problem visits and have never had a consultation for your specific concern, you will need a New Patient Initial Visit. This will allow for a 60 minute appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment will result in a $75 fee. Appointment cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be done through the patient portal.
