About Me
Hello, I’m Jessica, the founder of Nurture for Women. As a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in women’s health and family medicine, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. With a comprehensive background in primary care and experience in hospital and clinic-based settings, I am well-equipped to address a wide range of women’s health concerns. My passion is helping women thrive in midlife, empowering them to discover just how amazing they can feel through personalized care. My specialized education and training in women’s health further enhance my ability to support my patients effectively. I am dedicated to educating my patients on daily habits that can significantly improve their quality of life, including sleep hygiene, stress management, and nutrition.
I founded Nurture for Women because I believe in a sustainable approach to women’s wellness. By focusing on hormone and metabolic health, lifestyle factors, and addressing the root causes of health issues, I aim to create lasting, positive changes for my patients. Each treatment plan is custom-tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the women I work with, recognizing that health is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Through thorough testing, research, and open conversations, I strive to uncover the full spectrum of each patient’s health concerns.
As a perpetual learner, I’m dedicated to continuously improving my skills and education by taking courses and attending industry conferences, events, and workshops. This commitment ensures that I remain at the forefront of research on women’s health, providing the best possible care for each individual.
